Klim Krios Pro - Matt Black

Very pricey but not premium build. Med liner is so flimsy that the helmet cut my head. Klim customer service were useless. Visor ratchet poor and does not feel secure. Cheap clips and fasteners. Disappointing tbh.
Not noisy on the motorway and wind has never been an issue. Reactive visor is excellent and works a treat. Looks brilliant from every angle, very snug for around the ears when intercom fitted , they don't align correctly without some faffing. Overall a disappointment for the price I paid. Can't recommend for the money

A bit of a challenge to get on and off as the bottom opening is a little narrow compared to other helmets. Once on it's also a lot more snug than say an arai or shoei in the same size, not that this is uncomfortable just more "snug" like it's a 56 rather than 57 !
Lovely and light, surprisingly quiet for the type of helmet and easy enough to fit a comms system - with a caveat. The speaker pockets are shallow meaning you don't get a lot of space around the ears - could be a deal breaker for some (I'm borderline)
The transitions visor is a revelation and I like the Fidlock buckle. Coming from mountain bikes it's not a problem for me but for someone used to the more normal micro ratchet or double d ring it'll take a little getting used to.

On the whole it's a good helmet but I'd say try first as the fit is tighter than some.

Really impressed with this Klim helmet. So light, hi spec. Obviously not cheapest helmet but I have confidence it gives best protection. Top marks for speed of delivery and customer service too.

Finally bit the bullet and got the klim krios pro. Can't believe how light this helmet is after my Shuberth E2. Beautiful finish and great vision. More than happy with my purchase. Very expensive helmet but in my opinion it's worth the money for a premium helmet. Sizing is a bit off ,had to swap it up for the next size up but it's not a problem with the sportsbikeshop, always extremely helpful and speedy delivery. Brilliant service as always

Not sure where to start, it's light, very light and just done a 4 hour ride and felt no fatigue from wearing it. The build quality is second to none and the transition visor is awesome. The locking mechanism is easy to use and it fits well.

You have to develop a technique to put it on and take it off due to the shape of the helmet at the bottom goes in a bit, but when it's on it's very comfortable.

So light and comfortable. Always had Arai's but loved the venting and the transitions visor, not to mention the revelation that the fidlock fastening system offers. Dropped from a large Arai to a medium and after bedding in it fits a treat. Totally love the colour too and they all look better in real life than any photo

When trails riding needed a helmet with a visor and my C4 Pro wasn't really cutting it (but is a great road helmet). I looked at this and the previous model (which was significantly reduced at SBS). In the Pro this colour was £60 cheaper and now I have it I think its a great colour. Is it really light, visor excellent (no misting, no rain ingress). The Transitions visor is excellent - some reviews mention dark spots when closing if you've had visor up; yes this does occur but I haven't found it an issue. The Fidlock buckle takes a bit of getting used to - first time I wore helmet I had to ask someone to fasten it for me! But, once you get the technique it's excellent and can be done with gloves. I decided to treat myself to this helmet, no regrets it's without doubt the best helmet I've used in my 24 years of riding.

I've had Arai helmets for the last 30 years but this helmet is one of the best. Noticeably light (although I've never found any helmet too heavy),Transition lens is excellent and the fidlock fastener, once you've got used to it is a game changer. Great helmet and totally recommend it

First Klim helmet I've purchased and have to say it's excellent. High quality materials, extremely light and fits perfect. Would definitely recommend, for me it was well worth the price.

Light, bright and comfy. Good visibility and my sena headset clips on easy. I am pleased with the product and a few admiring comments from mates too!

I bought this helmet as I wanted something with good ventilation for a trip to Spain later in the year. First impressions where how light it is with great visor aperture for good peripheral vision. After using it for the first time on a 150 mile ride I was impressed with how quiet it is compared to my Shoei Hornet ADV, ventilation is great, no visor fogging when shut on a 3 Degree Celsius day, still gettting used to the strap system. Very pleased with my purchase.
