Very comfortable to wear

Very comfortable to vear, I can hardly feel that I have it on my back.
Stays in place while I'm riding and follows the bends of my back it seems.
It feels that my back is getting lots of ventilation there.

This is the first back protector I have used, and was very wary how it would fit and feel but I had no need to worry as after only a short amount of time I didn't even know I was wearing it. As for build quality, Alpinestars, say no more.

The back protector is very well designed, it gives maximum protection with little bulk, is extremely comfortable.
I have added the optional tail bone protector for that little bit of added protection, I can't fault the Nucleon at all.

Lightweight protection

I'm 6ft 2" tall and ordered the XL. This protector fits like a glove. Its so light and thin i forget I'm wearing it. Yet you feel fully protected with it on a quality product from Alpinestars. Have worn under a race suit and under my other textile jackets, i would high recommend.
