Alpinestars Nucleon KR-1 Celli Back Protector Insert - Black / Red

Bought this to complement the smx waterproof jacket. Fits perfectly and it's so light you don't actually feel it's there so no bulky inserts. I like how the new design is flexible and breathable. Thank you sbs Glasgow for the recommendation

Fits great in my L size Aplinestars jacket. Very easy installation and high quality materials. I've ridden with it for 20+ hours total and can barely feel it.

After a KR-2i proved itself and saved me from serious injury after a 'detailed road inspection' a few years ago, I decided to go for another astars protector when making a return to riding.

Lightweight and unobtrusive, well vented and flexible, this thing just disappears in the jacket. Small premium over the KR-2i but worth it for that little bit 'extra'.

If it helps anyone, Jacket its used in is an Astars Bogota Pro (med) and a medium protector fits perfect

It fits perfectly and is extremely well built and comfortable, luckily I haven't been able to test it in a crash yet hahah

Feels bulky but is really light, when wearing is really great! Hardly know it's there and does flow air.

Zip to pocket of GP force is right at the bottom of the jacket and it slides into the pocket with no man handling. If you want you can also put the tag out and use the popper system and have it outside of the pocket.

This is such a quality product, really well made and although I hope I never need it, it fit in my jacket perfectly and you wouldn't know it was there.
I would highly recommend this to anyone.

This fits a treat in my Alpinestars Andes V3 Drystar Textile Jacket. It appears to be very well finished and looks that good, it's a shame it gets coveredup all the while. i have had numerous back protectors over this years and this seems up there with the best. Definitely would recommend but it is a bit bulky so would not be suitable if your jacket fits rather tightly.

Very happy with the back protector fits perfectly into my jacket and very happy with sportsbikeshop always have everything you need 5* all round.

It's lightweight and fits snugly into my jacket. Hopefully, I'll never test its performance.
