A nicely made glove which would be good value even at full RRP; at the discounted price I paid it was a no-brainer. My hand size was right at the high end of medium and the low end of large. Tried the large; a bit big. Medium was a good fit but tight, but I expect the glove to stretch to fit over time as my previous leather gloves did.
Cons: The elasticated cuffs are a pain to get over jacket sleeves. The wrist strap is covered by another flap of suede which extends down from the palm; this is a nuisance. A bunch of tags are sewn just inside the cuff and these always need to be tucked back inside once the glove is on - more faffing!
Overall, a very nice glove and good value.
Nice pair of gloves, definitely a development from previous versions. The Velcro closure is nice with an elasticated section to go round jacket cuffs. Sizing comes up a little small so try a couple of sizes!
I wanted a long glove to go with my one-piece suit. I find RST gloves too long in the fingers so opted for the Alpinestar SP-8 v3 based on reviews of others and the overall spec.
Gloves are very comfy now but were very tight to begin with, They have broken in well within the first couple hundred miles. The scaphoid protection is a big plus for me - the gloves are really well spec'd.

These gloves not only look good, but they are also very protective too with the pinky finger link and the sliding pad on the palm. They also have touch screen function on the thumb and first finger. Sizing was a little awkward for me, I tried on a large which was way to tricky to get my hand into so I went for the XL which is slightly large for my hands but it was the only option. These gloves feel like a mesh glove but don't particularly have the best/any air flow through them that you can feel like a mesh glove
Been comfortable since purchase but getting better as they break in. good protection on knuckles and padding on fingers and palm.
Love these gloves, not a bad word to say really, fits me really well, love the feel, take a little while to break in and they are extremely comfortable one broken and during the process. Only gripe is that the big velcro strap on the Left hand side tends to rub against the smaller velcro strap which doesn’t cause a problem for their use, only cosmetic
First off, personally i love the gloves but i got the large Because i'm a medium on some gloves but i'm Glad i got the large ones as they are nice a snug on my hands overall 10/10 so far had them on for about 100miles so far no problem would recommend.
Bought these to replace a pair I'd had for years, after sizing up from my normal size of XL they fit lovely. They took a week or so to break them in but now they are perfect. They look awesome, are comfy and you can see and feel the quality in them.
I'd definitely buy these again, and as usual SBS service was class.

Bought these to replace my 5 year old GP Pros. They instantly felt more comfortable, nice feel through the bars, appear well constructed and colors match a variety of riding gear. Should be up to the odd track day also. Would recommend these great all-round gloves.
I needed a pair of gloves suitable for a track day and after trying a pair or Alpinstar's short waterproof gloves I had no hesitation in buying these. They are a snug fit and took a little breaking in whereas the previous gloves were immediately comfortable. It also took a while to get used to the two little fingers being straped together. However, they are confortable and I have every confidence in their quality of construction and robustness. I believe they offer fantastic value for money especially compared to the coloured variations that cost considerably more.
