Every time you put your hand in a glove, it should be passing the CE label that shows it's been tested as protective kit. We'll show you how to understand what it's telling you...
I use them as extra gloves when needed and a few times I used them they were a bit stiff but nothing terrible.
Waterproof, comfortable and stylish (for me). They are short in the cuff so in extremely wet weather they might not be up to a prolonged soaking.
Went with the same style, the old ones have served me well. A good sturdy glove which I wear through all seasons, As some of the other reviews mention the fitting is quite tight so take this into account when ordering. I take a 9/L but opted for extra large, and these latest ones are still quite snug to be honest. I expect they'll ease a little once they break in though. Usual Alpinestar quality.
Really well made gloves that give a good sense of confidence. they're warm enough for British weather, but will maybe struggle a bit on the coldest winter days. I really like the wrist closure, which has strong elastic and thick velcro and makes for a comfortable fit that you can have pretty much as tight as you like. The cuff is a great length if you prefer shorter styles and it's slim enough to go under any cuff.
General fit and comfort is good. They fit as expected and the liner is soft and comfy. There's padding behind the hard knuckles and though they're a touch stiff at first, they break in well after just a few hours.
I ordered a few pairs of gloves and settled on keeping these as they were just the best feeling and looking out of the bunch. They feel good quality and like they'll last, or hold up well if they were tested in a fall with all the important areas well covered with different protective materials. I like them a lot.
Good feeling gloves straight from the off. A little tighter around palm than others so went a size up, usually a 9/L but ended up with XL. Palm fits good but a bit extra length on the fingers. Not noticeable when riding but trying open pockets etc is a pain - but you can't have everything - they're for riding not faffing so all good.
Seem well made and robust, and defo warmer than the old Alpines I was wearing, which caused the purchase! Good service in Bletchley as usual.
Superb fit, breathable. Friendly customer service
Great gloves for winter riding I have big hands and needed 4xl but fit comfortably look great too would recommend and great price too
Well built and comfortable gloves. Very easy to put on and take off even with a jacket that has a tight cuff. Perfect for touring when you want to quickly stop, pull out a camera and take that perfect shot.
Forefinger and the thumb has a tip that is touch screen friendly.
I took them out once in the rain, and I can confirm that they're good at holding my hands warm and dry.
These appear to be well made, good quality gloves. Waterproofing not yet tested.
A potential "fitting" problem - whilst the gloves are a good fit on the hand the wrist section is so narrow that it is quite a job to get your hand past the wrist section.
