Tricky to install (I purchased Versys X 300 specific arms, and 'Storm' plasics) - not much tolerance for locating the arms, existing handlebar furniture (e.g. front brake grip assembly) needed loosened for correctly locating the barkbuster arms - got there in the end though and everything fit together well in the end!
The 'storm' plastics aren't attached so nicely though - they kind of 'hang' on via some loosely fitting brackets. I didn't want to see how much they buzzed at speed (they definitely would have!) so I straightaway drilled an additional hole in aluminium and plastic to allow me an extra bolt retaining the plastic at the side of each arm; job was good and these are rock solid now.
In terms of weather proofing / fitness for purpose, these are definitely 'rugged' - I'm fully satisfied with the outcome, but they did take a bit of skill to install.
