Knox Urbane Pro Gloves - Black

Great pair of summer gloves, comfy the first time you put them on, great protection as you would expect from knox.
Try em on first as they do come in a tad smaller than other gloves I've got.

Lovely well fitting glove. Great ventilation. Looks great, armour is clean and not bulky. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Firstly, these gloves fit my hand size with mid length fingers, They're comfortable over long distances, letting a cool air flow over the back of the hand, and appear to be pre curved to fit the handlebar grips.
I haven't worn them enough to comment on how well they wear over time or in very hot conditions, maybe next summer lol.
My main reason for buying these was the excellent quality and scaphoid protection.

These are high quality, comfortable and with great air flow over the hands.

Got these urban pro gloves as I wanted something cooler than my handroids these are perfect. I was that impressed I brought a second pair for my brother, he loves them too. Both have size X-Large hands and X-Large size fits perfect soft cool and comfortable

These are my second pair of Know Urbane Pro gloves so my review isn't just initial thoughts.

Positives - I've never had gloves which are so comfortable in extremely warm/hot weather. In particular they were fantastic on a European trip I did with temperatures in the high 30's/low 40's. Never once did my hands feel hot and uncomfortable. They fit well and the armour and protection seems good.

Negatives - these are my second pair, the first wore really badly. Bearing in mind I only wear them when it's very hot (which isn't often in the UK) after 2 years they weren't safe to use anymore as the perforated material at the wrist started to split/pull away from the main glove. They were out of warranty although they'd had very little use. I did exchange emails with Knox and returned them to them for inspection and they gave me a voucher to use on their website for some of the cost but I was disappointed they'd not lasted very well.

However dispite that as I like the gloves so much I did buy a second pair.

My thoughts - if you want some of the most comfortable summer gloves with what seems to be good protection and are happy to accept these may not last long they are for you. If you want gloves which will last several years you are maybe better looking at alternatives.

Great fit and true to size I am a Large in Knox Gloves. So when I order a pair I know they will fit looks great with my knox pro action jacket and trousers
