I don't have the best shaped feet and find footwear can be painful if it presses/pinches just the slightest. These boots are like an old pair of comfy shoes to put on straight away and I have done all.my advanced training in them. They are lightweight enough to change gears in and walk around in all day. Also very easy to put on with the zips. After quite a few miles they haven't marked on the gear changing toe either.
