Advice & Guides Gore-Tex not keeping out water? There's a different procedure to getting it sorted, and here's an explainer...

First time I have purchased heated gloves and very happy with the quality. Gloves are a bit bulky and hard to get over the jacket cuffs. The heating system in the gloves is excellent and very simple to use. overall worth the money.
These gloves are in a word Excellent, the fit the protection and the heating are all brilliant. However after only ~3000 miles the left glove has started intermittently turning off. Don’t know if I just got a dodgy pair :(
I tried many winter gloves in the shop, and they all feel bulky to me... so maybe I am the problem. I like to be able to close my hand, but I'm not able to with this pair. Even without batteries, I cannot fit the gloves under the sleeves of the jacket, which makes me wonder whether water will drip into them.
I tried my size (10) and a size bigger (11), and it was still challenging to close my hand around the handlebars.
The feeling for the controls is also quite bad.
A great glove that is very waterproof and importantly very warm. Not tried other heated gloves to compare, but these are very bulky compared to regular gloves and at the time of ordering, it was impossible to get hold of the connecting kit to hard wire them to my motorcycle, which was very frustrating.
I am very happy with them though, they are keeping me riding all through the winter months!
