During use motorcycle clothing is polluted both from the outside (e.g. insect remains) and from the inside (e.g. sweat) and in addition unpleasant odours can develop over time. Also, due to lack of cleaning or the use of unsuitable detergents climate membranes are damaged and as a result, breathability is significantly reduced, and moisture protection is no longer guaranteed. In addition, re-impregnation is no longer 100% effective on soiled clothing.
