Advice & Guides Gore-Tex not keeping out water? There's a different procedure to getting it sorted, and here's an explainer...
Customers consistently praise the boots for their excellent quality and comfort. They are especially appreciated by those with shorter stature, as the added height they provide significantly enhances confidence and stability when riding taller bikes. Many customers mention the durability and weather resistance, highlighting the boots as a worthwhile investment. Sizing may require adjustments, but customers note the ease of exchange. Overall, the boots are recommended for their design, quality, and functionality, making a noticeable difference for many.
These are the best boots on the market I would say supper comphy extra high for vertically challenged like myself lol my last pair was 8 years old could had them repaired but I needed my boots for a course I'm doing so sportsbikeshop had offer on and this was best outcome for me so new it was Paul manager at Preston branch spot on as always looked after me
The hand made quality feel shines through. They are not the easiest to get in when new but after a weeks use they softened up and things got easier. Some care not to force the zip is required when passing your ankle but you soon get used to it. They are totally waterproof too (as they should be for the price)
I bought the next size up from my shoe size and they are a perfect fit.
With the insole providing my short arse with some help, I feel a lot more confident on my 1250GS and they are worth it for that alone in my book. I can't get used to walking in them though! The sole is nice and grippy too in the wet unlike my 4 year old Alpine Stars.
I d been eyeing these boots for years but could never quite justify the price. This year, though, Sportsbikeshop knocked £99.99 off, so I finally went for it.
Straight out of the box, the quality was obvious, and they were comfortable from the first wear. I ve had them a few weeks now and done about five medium-distance rides. They re solid, comfortable, and keep your feet warm. The outer zip is a bit stiff at first, but it loosens up quickly with use.
For context, I ve worn Alpinestars for around 20 years and always rated them highly. These, though, are genuinely on another level.
Sizing-wise, I m usually a UK 9.5 and went for a 10, which fits perfectly snug around the sides with a bit of room in the toe box.
10/10, would definitely recommend.
Great boots, give me the extra height I need.
They are heavy, but comfortable, once softened slightly.
Some reviews say come small, I found them true to size.
No doubt that these are the best of the best but for the life of me, I struggle to get them zipped up. I have very skinny feet and calves but every time I put these on I feel like I have done an hour on the treadmill. I hope they soften up.
Really top quality product, hand made and the quality shows it. Comfortable from the word go and the inserts for those who are short are genius as you would never know. Slightly loose (Right size but wide I think) but thick socks sort that. Most I have ever spent on shoes / boots but to be fair, they are worth it.
Cannot fault these boots. Best boots ever owned.
Most expensive pair of boots I've ever bought. I bought them solely to gain extra reach on my bike.. Very well made but very expensive, but nobody else does them and it was the only alternative to lowering my bike.
These boots are well made and ideal for what I wanted
Long overdue a new pair of motorcycle boots for touring.Read the reviews and did my research or going or Daytonas.
Out of the box they were heavier than expected but easy to put on with double zips. Once on they are extremely comfortable.
These boots oozed quality from day one and I’m expecting them to last long time!
(The extra height does not harm either!)
Well made and comfortable to wear straight from the box. It took a few minutes to get used to the extra lift but unnoticed when on the bike.
Excellent quality and irresistible at SBS's current discounted price.
If you feel you deserve the best, I highly recommend these.
Well I say great. Theses are top quality boots.
I'm 5'6" and struggle with most bikes to get my flat footed. Theses have made all the difference. You may have to consider gear change position as the toe is thick.
Definitely a solution to my height issue.
I ride the BMW R1300GS without the adaptive hight and being 5'8 I was on my toes when stopped. These boots have made a big difference and give me more confidence when stopped at lights or were there's a steep camber on the road. They are also very comfortable and very well made. The guys at the Glasgow branch were very helpful and as the boots weren't in store they had them delivered next day to shop with different sizes just incase my size didn't fit.
Great service as usual from Sports bike shop.
Excellent service again from sportsbikeshop. Quick delivery and reliable. These boots are excellent quality and you can see this as soon as you open the box. The raised sole is perfect for a short legged person like me and boost your confidence for flat footing todays bikes which seem to be made for giants.
Excellent delivery service
product quality superb
