Oxford Mondial 2.0 Textile Jacket - Black / Grey

Bought both items at short notice prior to going on a trip to northern England/borders and have to say I am very impressed. We rode through several showers and at one point 10/10ths hail and rain on the M180 and was kept perfectly dry and warm. They fit well and are comfortable and well made.

Nice jacket at the price range warm on the cold mornings so far not seen rain yet so can’t say about waterproof level outside pockets seem a bit high when putting stuff in but so far so good and yet again brilliant delivery service from the sports bike shop arrived really quick

Good fit went size bigger so could get more layers if needed but don’t think needed to
Had my old jacket & trousers for a good few years didn’t realise how they restricted movement the new material now feels great very pleased

Excellent quality material, soft to wear. Sizing was accurate, I'm a 44 inch chest and ordered the XL, which is a comfortable fit, plenty of room inside to wear my puffer jacket underneath if not wearing the inner liner which is also good quality. Waist adjuster strap could be improved to pull in the slack, other than that all good. Have not been out yet in the rain, but will report back to reviews when jacket has had a good soaking ! Sportsbikeshop very good with delivery - next day for mine !

Bought for my wife after having no luck with the ladies jackets. Fits her perfectly and keeps her warm and dry. Haven't tried in warm weather but liner is removable and there are vents so should be fine.

Found this jacket fits really well and true to size for me personally. I've worn it through some pretty heavy rain and its kept me completely dry and warm. Very comfortable to wear and fairly lightweight also. Bought an oxford back protector separately as doesn't come with one. Very pleased overall. Very good quality jacket I’ve been out in one downpour and it didn’t leak it’s very warm and wind proof good pockets and it joins to the trousers well my only slight complaint is that it’s a bit short but I’m 6ft 3 but generally a very good jacket and well worth the money

Love this jacket SO much! Colours match my bike, there are loads of functional vents that work, also as it’s a laminate it’s waterproof and dries out very quickly compared to jackets with waterproof liners. It’s relatively light and has lightweight armour.

Does everything you need it to.

Does what it states kept me dry in a few downpours and is completely windproof. It is comfortable the sleeves are wide enough to get gauntlet gloves underneath thankfully and the sizing was spot on I ordered a large as a just under 42" chest and the fit is spot on Oxford have definitely stepped up the fit and cut of their clothing since their old day's . Time will tell how it holds up but so far I'm impressed with the build quality just a shame it's only A safety rated but for the functionality it's a worthy tradeof too me personally you will need to buy the Oxford back protector to go with it slightly annoying manufacturers aren't selling clothing with full armour anymore WHY? but it's not just them so can't grumble that much I suppose. Only real negative is it gets sweaty fast in anything above 15 Celsius so I use a base layer for easy on and off.

I recently took this on a 1,000 mile week long tour in the rain, and it never let water through! I was able to sustain 15-22 degree weather in just a t-shirt, and down to 12 degrees with a jumper underneath, spanning pouring rain to sunshine through towns and motorways. Unlike any other jacket I have owned.

The front vents are excellent and can be adjusted whilst driving without much difficulty. I left the back vent open nearly all the time and no water made it under the jacket. the elbow vents had a small effect, but only when the cuffs were open and traveling at speed, however they were difficult to close whilst riding.

The neck closure worked great whilst riding, but it was not possible to use the loop for keeping the collar open when riding. I just got in the habit of setting it open if I thought the weather would be hot, then closing it when conditions changed.

The pockets were great, nice and spacious and stayed waterproof nicely.

1st new item of clothing since returning to motorcycling last year. Have used this jacket for a few months now through the heat and getting caught in more than a rain shower. Opening the various vents provides a good degree of airflow into/through the jacket allowing it to be used on the hottest of days with the insert removed. as it gets colder just do up the zips to maintain warmth. Getting caught in a deluge was no problem as the jacket kept me totally dry. A very good all rounder. Can't find any negatives.

The zipped jacket pockets are difficult to zip up.
Have yet to ride in a serious downpour.

I like the look of the Oxford jacket. I like the colour and it has level two armour. You can also purchase Oxford back protector which is a very important piece of kit. The jacket has multiple vents at the back the front and the arms plenty of pockets everything you need as hand.
