Great jacket ive had for 2 years, at the start I used this as my main jacket and just changed out the mid layer to suit the weather and this worked great and eve in the heat of the summer you just use a tshirt under and open up all the vents that act like scoops and then push the air out the back .... for the last 6 month this year I got the Continent non waterproof summer jacket and used thst with all the armer in included back protector as my main jacket now and I removed all the armour from this jacket and use it and a packable rain jacket and its perfect for this as well. I used a machine washable use 2 part product this month with washes it and then regarding waterproofs it and its as good as new again .... very happy and its very well made and strong .... I can't see needing to replace it for a very long time and I love the colour as well I chose

I bought this for my trip to India #freewheelingblonde, YouTube. I went for the large to get my Knox armour underneath and a few base layers, layers up very well. I'd definitely go for a size up. I'm a size 12 female , 12 stone, 5ft 7, in my 50's. The arms are long but mine are probably short! Looks good, stylish. I'd recommend it. The colour is a deep aubergine, I originally went for the brown but preferred this option.

Excellent jacket tested only on road at the moment and in the rain too! Light and comfortable ; I personally like to keep the hood on. Very good build with Revit standards. It complements my warmer heavier jackets well. Also quite versatile as I used it off the bike. Highly recommended

The Component 2 H2O jacket is the pinnacle product in Rev'it's Dirt Series collection. It's the go-to jacket for the off-road rider that needs a lightweight, comfortable, and waterproof garment for all adventures on the trails. The hard shell body of the jacket is constructed with a comfortable yet flexible waterproof stretch ripstop fabric. Rugged Cordura ripstop fabric is used at the shoulders and arms for increased abrasion resistance and durability.
SEESMART CE level 1 protectors provide protection to the rider at the shoulders and elbows. That said, its armour can also easily be removed so that the jacket can be worn over the Proteus protector jacket under the Component 2 H2O. In higher temperatures, airflow is created by opening the ventilation zips at the lower and upper arms. The zips of the front and rear pockets allow warm air to escape from the jacket and offer plenty of storage options to bring along all the items needed for the journey. The detachable hood will keep the rider dry off the bike and can be stored in the back pocket when taken off and not use.
