Love the vents and pockets. Fits really well, go for a size bigger. Rear pocket detaches and has a waist belt attached so you can wear it to keep valuables in when not wearing the jacket.

Bought textile to save the hassle of waterproofs over leathers and happy with comfort and warmth. Useful pocket for phone/wallet and liner comes out easily if the day warms up. Plenty of vents but haven't worn in above low 20s yet.

Note also that you cant add the chest armour into this one

Looks great, warm in cold weather, cool in warm weather. Great price too considering you also get the back protection included which isn't common at this price point.

Only warn it a few times, and so far it’s been pretty good. Kept me warm in the colder hours of the day and wasn’t roasting later in the afternoon. I haven’t tried it in the rain yet.

Would buy again

After 18 months of wearing this jacket the velco has worn out, also the pockets are useless, I can't get my hands in the pockets to retrieve items.
The mobile phone pocket is not big enough for a modern phone.
Poor product for the price.

I first bought the matching trousers and as we will be touring the Alps later this year I thought I might as well get the matching jacket which will work for all weather riding. The jacket comes loaded with features, more vents and zips than you can ever need, well made and thought out. Zips to the matching trousers too. A couple of things to watch for, the back protector is quite thick, so if you add the water bladder it might be quite bulky so I changed it out for a Merlin D3O which is thinner and works a treat. The Jacket is warm but anything below 8c you might want another layer. Overall though, these are small observations and if you're thinking about this one, go for it.

Great jacket and such an improvement on my last one, although this was 15+ years old. Sizing came up a bit small so opted for one size larger than normal.

It’s a pity that the waterproof inner is also the warm liner. I would’ve preferred to have the waterproof liner either separate or laminated but this is reflected in the price. It’s perfect for winter or dry uk summer riding
