Ixon creates and develops all of its products. The Research and Development department based in Macon is in charge of the definition and conception of a product, using carefully selected materials and accessories, and technologies such as the Tetratex membrane. All of their products are tested and approved by consumer groups, customers, sales force and by their riders; a demanding population continuously utilised in their development. This process enables them to produce the best clothes that are safe, comfortable and with an unbeatable value for money.

From this work evolve patents such as Morpho Concept technology that enables a trouser to adapt to every morphology and remains an exclusive Ixon concept. The garments are made in a factory in China that is exclusively dedicated to the brand, employing 500 people. The factory now produces more than 500,000 items and accessories per year.
