Nolan N40-5 ECE 22.06 N-Com - Classic Flat Black

I bought this to replace the same helmet mark
now 3 years old. The new one fits me perfectly. I can transfer the Senna headset equipment from the old one which is a great saving. If anything I think the new helmet is slightly quieter than the older one although it looks exactly the same. Very quick free delivery from SportsBikeShop.

Very like the older N43 that I needed to replace. Fit is all as expected. Padding is far better then the older models. Multi-click visor setting a useful addition. Peak easily removed or refitted.
Air flow switch on helmet top allows sunstantial improved airflow in very hot or humid conditions... very useful indeed.
One point of criticism, the chinstrap protector pads are very short! So you need additional padding if you loosen the chinstrap for a better fit, as the buckle is then unpadded and directly under your throat area.. Nolan please note! Older versions were longer and allowed for this.
Overall a very good helmet where a full face or flip-up type are not suitable.

I wear glasses so the choice of visor’s is great and it still keeps the off road look
