Oxford Holton Leather Jacket - Black

Quality retro style jacket. Very supple leather and fits perfectly and comfortably according to the sizing guide. Lovely to wear on a summers day on and off bike. Looks perfect with my bike.

Really nice dark brown colour which can look black in some light, this works well with its understated detail. Has loads of usefully sized pockets. I particularly like the cotton lining, rather than the more normal perforated synthetic stuff you usually get. Zips are good quality and work well. I find the armour stays in place and is unobtrusive. Probably the best aspect for me is that the jacket wears well and is a perfect fit, though I am a 44, I had to exchange it for a 42. I find it very easy to look behind me in this jacket, which is a real bonus, as is the fact that, because of its style, I can wear it off the bike too without looking like... well, you know! Initially I wasn't so happy about the black stretch panels under both arms, but in reality they work well, the only other thing that could be improved is the zip size on the inner pocket. Although the pocket is perfectly large enough for a modern mobile, the access is a little awkward due to the zip aperture. General construction seems excellent as expected from Oxford, and the leather is beautifully supple.

Bought in the sale so a great price. Really good quality jacket and looks great.
