Richa Slick Waterproof Boots - Black / White
Customer Product Reviews
Great value for money
These are my first motorcycle boots so I have no frame of reference except for trying on other brands/models in brick and mortar stores. Still: Sizing - Typically wear 46-47 sport shoes, I ordered 47 due to having wide feet. 47 was a slightly bigger than needed but it makes the room for thick/two pairs socks for winter riding. Conclusion: a bit on a bigger size. Comfort - these are not sneakers, they're sturdy and well built, so walking is stiffer than a regular hiking boots. But they are comfortable and there are no bad seams or stitches pressing against my feet, which is good. I put a foam insert under my heels, but that's just a very personal thing. Conclusion: Comfortable, even for wider feet, reasonable for walking short distances. Hot/Cold/Rain - completely dry after an 1-hour ride on wet roads (10 mins in heavy rain). Like to stay dry for much longer. Never felt hot when riding in 35 celsius. When cold, your mileage may vary. Safety - reinforced angles are hard, the toe cap is hard, the sole is hard, but gives me good feel of the brake pedal so a gentle tickle is possible. No slipping on the rubber footpegs. As for shifting, cannot tell, my bike has a DCT automatic. Style - the black/white version has a flair of Hercule Poirot's shoes which is one of the reasons I went for it :) Well, they look good. Conclusion - great value for money, seriously underpriced :)
Have always used hiking boots previously on my bike. These boots give the added protection and are comfy to walk in. They are very light and give great support. I found the size to be correct. If you like wearing warm thick socks order next size up although I found them to be warm enough.
A good product for the price.
I wanted a lightweight boot for those short trips when a high top riding boot is overkill. These seemed to be well rated and the price is great so I decided to get a pair. When I first got them it seemed like the right foot was a bit tighter than the left and there was a tiny lump near the heel of the right foot. But having worn them for a while they seem to have stretched out and have become more comfortable. Given the price I think that these are great. But they are not perfect and I would not have accepted them if I'd paid twice as much.
Comfortable, waterproof and warm. Very well made and look smart. They feel like they'll offer decent protection if needed. They don't "cut in" above the ankle like some boots and are comfortable and don't need breaking in. Overall a decent boot for a decent price
Great Quality and Comfortable
Was looking for easy on half boots for summer and these perfectly fit the bill. Great protection and comfortable. I am size 9 on regular shoes with wide feet but needed to go to Size 44 on these to leave room for double socks in winter commuting. Not been in rain to confirm the waterproof claims. SBS were fast and super quick,
Great lightweight but robust boots
The Richa Slick is an ideal riding boot if you want a lightweight boot option which still feels strong with good protection to the entire foot and ankle areas. When parked up, you can walk around in lightweight comfort without the clumpy feeling of regular full sized boots. They appear very well made and are very reasonably priced in terms of value for money. Very happy with my purchase.
I bought these so I could ride in jeans and walk around town without great big race boots on and look casual. These do just that they look like trainers on and are super comfy and fit just the same as your usual size everyday shoe. Really impressed.
A great boot, comfortable and supportive, not worn in the rain yet, a great boot to walk in, no pinch or pressure points. I am a uk 11 but bought a uk 12 (46) and they are perfect with a good pair of socks. So far very impressed with this budget boot
This is the second pair of these boots I have purchased. I use them for a daily commute and have been known to keep them on all day long. They feel solid offering good protection. Waterproof as long as your strides are long enough and warm enough for all year riding.
