I brought a size Medium (M) the hands fit perfectly but is a bit of a struggle to get on as the wrist part needed to be stretched out a bit I have more masculine type of hands so they have a bit of chunk to them but once of they were perfectly snug they do have great grip especially if you are a backpack on a bike and also have breathable holes to keep the hands from sweating overall great product and would buy more
