Very comfortable bit of kit. Easy moulds to your shape whilst riding. You don’t really know you have it fitted. Not to bulky. I have a couple now for different jackets.

Fitted my RST S1 leather jacket perfectly. Did not affect jacket fit. Very flexible.

Being level 2 and therefore thicker, I was concerned that I would notice it while riding, but a test ride shows that not to be the case, and I didn't even think about it during the ride.

Fits perfectly in my Alpinestars Halo jacket. The flexible, rubbery material moves with your body, making it much more comfortable than the standard insert. It’s a solid upgrade in both protection and fit—no bulk, no restriction, just better peace of mind on the road.

Bought this version to fit Ixon jacket after in store helped find armour that fit pocket. This version was the cheapest at the time since all D3O is the same, you pay for brand name on stone for no reason so shop round

Bought this to fit into a recent jacket that I bought. I have a number of jackets, which all now have D30 back protectors in, and would highly recommend them for comfort and they do not make you sweat on hot days.

it fits fine but Held need to get their distribution sorted out, it should not take months to deliver from Germany

I already have one in another jacket and had been swapping it but for the price it was worth it, a lot lighter than the one that came in the RST jacket and the usual Sportsbikeshop service
