HJC F71 - Matt Black

Comfort and fit is really good and lightweight compared to my older one. Also excellent service from sportbikeshopuk, had to return the 1st one due to a small issue and was promptly replaced.

My second F71 after an off which involved a head impact. The F71 did a great job protecting me and so I bought another! I tried Nolans and LS2 at the same price point and the F71 felt the best quality for the price. Sportsbike shop as always made it easy to do.

The HJC F71 Hasbro Bumblebee helmet looks absolutely fantastic and really stands out from the crowd. I originally thought this was a flip front helmet and only realised it wasn't when I arrived. That said I've kept it and have to say I'm quite pleased with it up to now , it's fairly light and comfortable to wear and the wind noise is not bad at all. I went a size up from my previous AGV helmet 2XL instead of XL and it's just as well I did as it's a snug fit.

Recently purchased this helmet from the Sportsbikeshop very pleased with the fit and quality. Also has a built in sun visor which I didn t realise initially. I ve previously had Shoei and AGV lids, but this seems just as good. Good price also.

I wore it for the first time yesterday on a 200mile plus ride out. It is very comfortable and very well ventilated. It was a windy day but my helmet is stable and not too noisy. The Fazer is notorious for wind noise.
Its light and well made with an easy visor action. Its plush inside and a nice place for your head to be.

£200 but feels like a £500 helmet!

One of the loudest helmets that I ve had, replaced after a year as a result, fine at slow speed and intercom integration is decent but you need ear plugs for any decent speed and the you can t hear the intercom clearly

Very happy with this helmet. I’m particularly pleased with the Pinlock — it works 100%. The helmet feels and looks high‑quality, and in my opinion it’s fairly light. It cuts through the air really well and I feel no resistance. I ride an adventure bike, and the shading in the UK is good enough to protect my face from the sun even without the tinted inner visor down (no peak, I must be hunching too much or what probably). The front air scoop is very effective at blowing air onto my face, but it’s very loud in a clean airflow (sounds like a vacuum cleaner). Behind a tall windscreen it’s fine and quiet. In clean air I close the scoop and use only the top vents to reduce noise. My head is 58 cm and size L fits well. Size M was far too tight, but Sportsbikeshop accepted the return with absolutely no fuss. Super pleased. Thank you so much.

Well made and comfortable fibreglass helmet.
More wind noise though than my previous HJC i17.

Great helmet, very comfortable, good vents for when it's hot.
