Every time you put your hand in a glove, it should be passing the CE label that shows it's been tested as protective kit. We'll show you how to understand what it's telling you...
Initially a little tight but after an hour or so they stretched in and are very comfortable... i suspect they will only get better the more i wear them .They kept my hands warm and dry in the rain on tour in Ireland, my fingers did get cold when the temperature dropped to 8 degrees.
An interest in speedway racing first brought my attention to scaphoid fracture. It seems that this injury can be both painful and very complex. Time to consider gloves with appropriate protection, then. Enter these gloves.
As you might expect from Knox, build quality is excellent, with protection in all the right places. This reviewer prefers three season [waterproof] gloves, given that UK weather is often unpredictable. Gloves fit perfectly and the Boa closure system is preferable to Velcro - for me at least.
Prospective buyers should note that these gloves fit inside jacket cuffs, rather than the usual outside. This prevents rain running down jacket sleeves into the glove.
Expensive, yes, but worth it.
Another quality product from Knox chosen after a summer glove purchase from the same brand. A tight fit initially but after a few rides they have bedded in nicely. Outstanding service from Sportsbikeshop as ever! Thank you.
Quality seems high, not tested WP yet as managed to avoid the rain. I like the fit as fingers seem perfect length.
My third pair of Knox gloves. These, like my Handroid gloves, will take a fair bit of breaking in, but I'm sure it'll be worth it. They're really well put together and should last a long time. Very pleased.
Now, enough of the puns, I last had a pair of k**x in 2012.
These are a different style, but the boa system sold them to me again.
The fit is perfect. The attention to detail is clearly reflected in the price and the focus by this company on the riders hands is still paramount.
The scaphoid is a key feature and there is the comfort.
It's an age old adage that you get what you pay for, but there us no compromise and nothing else on the market I'd turn to.
I have another pair of single layer summer Knox gloves and they are really nice, So went for these for the waterproof and non vented style without having to go for full on bulky winter gloves. These look good and are very well made, warm but not too thick. They need wearing in and stretching / compressing the lining but much better after just a couple of hours wear. Cuff is fairly narrow so would only go over a slim jacket cuff so this is the only possible negative for some.
Ordered 8 pairs! These were the only ones that didn't have slack at the end of the fingers. 2 hours of riding and they're broken in nice. Mega services from sportbikeshop as per
