Absolutely spot on. Got a men's and a women's. Mine and hers both went into RST jackets and fit perfectly.
Not too heavy but certainly not light, these back protectors tend to have some hefty to them in my experience. Can't fault them.

Bought this for my RST S1 suit. This fits perfectly into the RST suit. I compared these to the Alpinestar ones that are rated the same level of protection. Yes the Alpinestar ones were slightly lighter but for the price point of value the extra weight is justifiable
