As a long term back sufferer, this was a welcome addition to my kit bag. When I ride, such is the concentration I have to maintain, that I often forget to maintain correct posture putting pressure on my lower back. This belt maintains my posture and keeps my lower back muscles warm too. If your waist is >33", buy the larger size. Excellent service from SBS as always, and thanks to Alan Judd for swapping mine for the larger size. Wearing it a lot off the bike too. Nothing not to like?
