Super lightweight helmet

It’s really good all round, lightweight comfortable, good air flow, good quality, no dislikes

For years I've been riding either with a full face or open face helmet depending on the weather or type of journey. I like an open face as I feel less enclosed but don't feel comfortable at speed or on a motorway. The Advant X is a great idea, in slow moving traffic or in town I can wear it open, then, as things speed up I close it. The generous, wide angle visor doesn't make me feel too confined and it's a quick simple action to open and close. Being made from carbon fibre its light to wear and gives that reassurance that it will tough and impact resistant. The build quality is great, everything feels like it is well made and well designed. I tried a few other brands before I settled on this one and they all felt cheaper, a little less ergonomic, or less comfortable. I haven't tried it in the rain yet.

Bought this for my daughter. Comes with box, carry bag and inner bag. Really high quality feel and nice and lightweight.
Wind noise is minimal. Has been a big success

Very nice helmet, always have a XL and it needs wearing in, couple days taking it on off and just setting there with it on, I like the flip down sun visor, and the quick release strap, easy to flip over, and it came with dark visor + helmet bag with back pack.
Looking forward to summer.

Love this helmet. Flip over lid. Great for summer as an open face and full face in winter. Easy to flip over when riding and to operate the sun screen. Wide opening for superb vison. Well made would recommend.

Not worn it on the bike yet ,so not sure about noise level, but was very comfy straight out of box ( tho very tight to get on)

Very light and excellent value. Comes with a travel rucksack assume for flights etc. Plus an extra visor (second one is tinted) converts fully to open faced helmet when required - with no speed restrictions

Adaptable helmet for most weather conditions. Mechanism seems robust and is easy to use. The gloss finish really makes the carbon pop and catch the light. I normally take a Large in other helmets, and have chosen a Large in this. It fits closely around the head, but not too tight. It is a closer fit around the cheeks, but no more than my previous Caberg, or the other modular helmets that I have had. If you have a rounder face, it may be advisable to go up a size from your normal.

I bought the Shark flipover helmet 18 months ago found it very noisy I did buy the size xl but it became very slack so after looking at reviews on YouTube I went to the sportsbikeshop Preston they didn't have the carbon on sale at the time so they got me a large and an xl in to try the xl felt just a little slack so we tried the large which is a little tight on the cheeks but the staff advised me that it's the better fit and it will give as I wear it more and have a very nice lining I bought it as the staff were very helpful and not pushing me to buy I also bought the Cardo edge intercom and they fit it for me free of charge and made shore I was happy with everything before I left the store so excellent helmet and excellent staffing at Preston Sportsbikeshop

Perfect fit, snug really comfortable. Easy smooth operation of the flip back, visor and sun visor. First ride with it Sunday to the coast, it was a cool 8” to 12” through the day with mist/fog. Helmet performance was perfect, no misting up and the Cardo Edge can be heard much clearer than my previous two helmets. Great helmet highly recommended.
