Such a hidden gem

I've been riding for years. I ride all year round and need good quality solid gear that's reliable. I've had shark helmets, xlite, cabergs and all sorts. This year, I needed to replace my shark skwall i3 with something comfortable, safe ( yes I check sharp ratings ), something with a ratchet chin strap, something with a drop down visor, looks good, has emergency release tabs and has quick release visor system.
Well, despite this being the second cheapest helmet I've ever owned, this MT Helmet really has surprised me.
It's everything I wanted and more in a helmet. Are the vents a little cheap feeling? Sure. But that's about as far as the cheap feelings go. Everything else on this helmet is just as good and safe as any other helmet. In fact, I'd go as far as to say it far exceeds my expectations and is far more aerodynamic and comfortable than my shark ever was.
If you find yourself looking for a reliable, affordable, comfortable and feature packed helmet, do not skip this as a serious contender

Plus points, price, stable and 5 star sharp score. However, this is the 3rd MT helmets lid ive had so I do like them. Usually. This tho not so. Annoying rattle/vibration in the wind. Top vent is useless, only feel air basically where it is, in one spot and the chin vents......well, awful. Even when closed there's massive draft and then trying to open the top one (there's two, one above the other) even with the lid off it's bloody hard. Supposed to be one open.one closed for visor clearing however open or close the bottom makes no difference at all. So disappointed. Won't be wearing it again sadly after two goes. Colour however is fabulous (wind tunnel blue) which is a shame as i love the look.

Had to wait three weeks as helmet was a brand new design. Sports bike uk kept me informed off delivery date and arrived on the date. Helmet looks ace with my bike great design and a 4 sharp rating. Can’t fault product supplied
