Oxford Merton Boots - Brown

Took a while for them to bed in and I have one disappointing issue and when they are wet they have white water lines as they dry. Otherwise good for summer riding!

Solid boots with good ankle support. The long zip helps getting them on and off, but you need to unlace them fully as well. They are too high for normal socks, so invest in longer ones. The black ones are actually a very dark brown, which I expect can be blackened with polishing. Overall, they appear to be well made. I usually have UK size 11 but needed a 12 for my wide feet. I wear them as daily attire (i.e. going to the pub) rather than riding, but I think they would be fine for the bike. Great for the price, and not overly heavy.

These boots are perfect, the fit is amazing on my feet, waterproof with lower shin protection which is great and the style goes so well with my cafe racer bike!

Amazing quality

I'm a size 8.5 bought size 9 and put in additional inner sole, fit is good and feels substantial. I like the height as it keeps the draught off my legs. I need to use both zip and laces to get them on and off but hopefully this will mean they will stay on and protect when needed.
Colour easily scuffed when kneeling on concrete (any boot would probably be similar) but put to right with brown shoe polish. Not tried in rain but would be happy to walk around in them.

Second pair I've bought. The last pair have lasted over 5 years before starting to leak. Riding all year. Once broken in they're like slippers, so comfortable. Best bike boots I've had!

Great fit very comfortable

The Oxford boots are superb great for all day riding with lots of walking no problem . The fits perfect and comfortable worth the money. These boots are dry and winter warm the beat I've bought . Base layer's a bargain I use it working outside in winter another bargain.

These boots are great! No remarks, nothing.
The only downside I could find on them - and this is being picky - is it takes a bit to tie the shoe-laces, but that is fine :) Really love them!

As ever, a fantastic product from a great shop. The boots are comfy and supportive. Originally purchased for riding my old Triumph but these may easily replace my everyday Sidis I wear on my modern bike. Delivery was quick and price was cheapest around.

Comfortable on and off the bike. not tried in heavy constant rain, but fully waterproof in showers and from the design and quality, I'd expect them to hold up well. Good protection in a casual looking boot.
