Oxford Hardy Leather Boots - Charcoal

A good looking retro styled motorcycle boots that are actually comfortable on and off the bike.

Great boots on and off the bike. I had to go a size up from my normal size (45 to 46). Comfy from the off and lace hooks make these easy to put on and take off. No marks so far from gear changes. Boots are sturdy and feel very solid while not detracting from the feel of brake/gear levers. Good looking too. Would recommend.

These boots are fantastic quality at a really good price. I bought them to replace my old boots. Didn’t need much braking in and felt comfortable from the off. Really sturdy and look like regular boots for when you are off the bike.

The boots were bought for my nephew, who's a new rider. Very sturdy boot but still trendy for a young lad. The whole process was smooth and communication was good.

They fit me well from the box, comfortable, snug and easy to pit on. Provided great feedback to the levers. Been water proof in light summer weather, however the short style doesn’t work in winter weather for me. They are scuffing quite badly on the gear change lever. Pleased, I'd buy again.

Does what it says on the tin. If I’m being overly critical I would say they are a bit cumbersome on the gear and rear brake as they are chunky boots. Great value.

I bought these a couple of weeks before a 5 week, 4000km trip around Vietnam. Managed to break them in before leaving and they performed brilliantly, not only on the bike but also during lots of sightseeing trips off-bike as well.
The only thing that let them down was that they leaked about 3 hours into a 7 hour ride through torrential rain on the last day but, to be honest, I’m not sure much would have survived that.
I’ll be interested to see how they hold up as my regular commuting/work boots once I’m back in the UK

I bought these primarily to use for a winter boot for walking in. Really substantial and comfortable. They feel as if they will last a lifetime. You need to break them in though and take a few weeks.

Needed something I could wear for work when out of my bike gear - fed up of taking a pair of shoes with me.

These do the trick - really good quality and value for money.

Found them on the stiff side to begin with, but they have broken in nicely. The kind of boot you can wear on and off the bike. Great price and the usual excellent service from SBS.

My initial concerns about comfort after some reviews mentioning the need for breaking in were quickly allayed after wandering down to the pub in them a few times, they're now my second favourite boots for comfort (the others being hikers). Only ridden in them a couple of times but seem sturdy and grippy enough. My only dislike is that I'd have preferred a taller boot but at this price point they rate as an absolute bargain these days!
