Oxford Dormex Indoor Bike Cover
Elasticated breathable dust cover for indoor use
DetailsVerified Customer Reviews for Oxford Dormex Indoor Bike Cover
Customers praise this indoor bike cover for its good quality, soft feel and effective dust protection. Many say the sizing can be tricky, with some recommending going a size up for a better fit, especially on bikes with accessories. It is valued for keeping garages cleaner and reducing condensation in damp conditions. A few customers found it tight or awkward to put on, but overall it offers strong protection and good value.
Please only buy this if you are storing your bike indoors, it won't be visible in the photos here but the fabric won't work if you are storing your bike outside or if it is raining. Also measure your bike's size by googling and order accordingly
Nice cover for my bike (dry storage space) fits really well and feels well made and very good value for money
Material is soft, so paint work is protected.
A must have if your parking in a garage where dust is un-avoidable.
Nice tight elastic skirt, which can cause issues when trying to fit, but better to be tight at the bottom and not flapping around when fitted.
Great product easy to fit over bike
Fits my ATAS nice and keeps it fresh in the garage
Great fitting cover that does the job perfectly!
Well made good quality for price size was the issue would have gone for the large but after checking other reviews. Went for the medium and it's a perfect fit for my bike GSR750. Now looking at purchasing another one for my other bike.
Fitment is perfect, handy clips at the bottom and strong elasticated edges
Bit of a pain to put off and on if wanting to use regularly, especially around the mirrors and fenders (but that's the nature of the beast I suppose), but a decent cover for a decent price.
Bought this cover to shield from prying eyes when the garage door is open, but I've since realised it's designed more for long term storage. Size large is plenty big enough for my Aprilia Tuono 660, but it's so tightly elasticated that it catches on everything - number plate, swing arm, foot pegs, bar ends - while putting on or off, which makes it a real faff to use regularly. There's also a strap for securing both sides tightly beneath the bike, with a plastic quick release catch that clatters against paintwork while wrestling with the elastic. Seems reasonably well made and definitely looks nicer than an old sheet but for me, it's not really any more useful.
Feels like a very good indoor cover, quality material at a decent price, only thing is with bar end mirrors it can be a bit tight on the handlebars for a Kawasaki z650rs medium size cover does fit well enough though.
Superb quality perfect fit.
Fit my Ducati Multistrada nicely but I think you would require the next size up if you had a topbox fitted. Good quality indoor cover
I wanted a cover to put over my V85TT (a new 2025 model) and this looked like it would work.
Even with a top box fitted, it just about covers everything.
I already have one on another bike that was a good product so was already happy with it in terms of quality, value for money, etc.
Bought the large for my triumph street triple
Perfect fit
Seems to be doing the job of keeping the condensation off of my bike in the garage
I used to use old sheets and blankets to protect my garaged bikes but I read this can be worse than leaving them uncovered as they need to breathe to prevent trapped condensation. The Dormex bike covers are perfect as long as you choose the correct size. For an adventure bike you’ll need an XL and for most medium to large capacity bikes a L should do. They are elasticated so can be a bit of a faff to put on but they stay in place when they are. They look pretty good too and much better than a floral quilt cover I used before!
Fits my s1000xr perfectly
This covers my 650 bandit well I use this in my garage to keep away dust and moisture great buy

I have a particularly dirty garage, lots of dust & debris blows up under the doors, so I can imagine the cover getting very grubby quite often. Is this cover washable? either by hand or machine? Or would I be better served by using an Aquatex cover? Also, which size would you recommend to fit an Aprilia Falco? Many Thanks.
August 28, 2018These covers would not be washable but the Aquatex would be wipeable. Large would be recommended for your bike.
Can you suggest best size for a z1000sx, without luggage fitted, please. Thanks
October 25, 2017We would suggest the medium size.
