Reliability & confidence

Once again, a quickly resolved issue (always within 24 hours). Sportsbikeshop are notified of a problem... they sort it. I had a Gerbing connector fail and they resolved immediately. As the freezing temperature arrived, I was able to use the fantastic XRL gloves again. Great service as usual.
