Rukka Kalix 2.0 Gore-Tex Textile Trousers - Black

Bought the Kalix 2.0 trousers to match my Kalix jacket - very pleased with my purchase, it feels and looks like a high quality product, plus the sizing was spot on. Can recommend

The jacket bought in April is excellent and decided to get the matching trousers after my old pair started leaking . I ordered Large with a short leg . I have a 34 -ish ( too many pies) waist and 29 inch inside leg and these fit well . Well made , ordered the down X 2 trousers ( also size large) and they fit under the trousers with no problems . Well made gear and great service as usual from Sportsbikeshop. cheers.

Not yet tested in the rain but a comfy fit. Went for Regular length for my 32"leg, covers boots to ankle on bike so no leaking gaps. Padding in seat should make those full riding days last longer.

Had loads of trousers and never really felt comfortable, these are a different story waist bum and my short legs fit perfectly.
Given how much a difference in price to the higher Rukka range I can't really see why you wouldn't buy these instead, completely dry in biblical weather not that warm as no inner lining but gives you the option of using your own under clothes.

Returned first pair size 34 Regular as these were much too long for me, and ended up with a 32 short.
They fit fine with adventure boots and are tight at the ankle, this helps hold the trousers up due to weight of the armour.
They seem to be much cooler than my old pair of non laminated Richa gortex trousers, very comfortable and light, expensive but you get what you pay for.
Normally take a 34 -32 in trousers.

Wore them for the first time and came off my bike the same day due to bad road surface. Glad I had these on. Amazing protection very well built and good material. If you want to know if the armour works - yes it does! Hopefully you won't find out like I did though. Brilliant Rukka armour is worth every penny. Thank you Rukka and Sportsbikeshop Leeds.

Got these to go with my Rukka Nivala jkt. Used in the rain and like the jkt 100% water tight. The knee pads sit in the right position when seated on the bike. Got the braces to help keep them up. Expensive but worth it.

Looking to ditch the metal coffin and go full time biker so got these last week in 36 short (I have a 29 inside leg and 38 waste in jeans but have lost a little timber) to match the Kalix 2.0 jacket in 2xl. In store I thought the knee pads were a little low but by the time I togged up they sat perfectly. 11th Oct 15 degrees and had an hours ride in light rain on my speed triple. Found them to be very comfy, no slipping on the seat, shins did get a little sweaty, didn't have any base layer on, didn't feel warm or cold, looking forward to some merino. The little pocket is next to useless, couldn't get my wallet in it, didn't try the thigh vents but not expecting too much from them either, very small but hopefully I'll be proved wrong. I also had the matching braces and was surprised how good the velcro fastening is. At just over 500 quid they ain't cheap but found them totally water and wind proof, comfy and a good starter with the rukka brand. Yes bigger pockets and vents would be nice but then again they're not a thousand pound (same goes for the jacket). Overall really pleased. Staff are great in the Boston branch and will call out silly names when you order to counter, give it a try lol.

Just back from a week in Wales, perfect, comfortable trousers. Travelled back home in torrential Rain for 4 hours, not an issue, bone dry and warm.

I've been using Rukka professionally and have always previously avoided paying large sums for kit
personally, but I have to say these are lovely and worth their money. It's fair to say you pay for what you get in the motorcycling world. Lightweight, comfortable and waterproof. The thumbs up! Feels quality and the attention to detail is fantastic.

Returning to motorcycling after an 8 year hiatus, I have returned to Rukka for my waterproof and warm clothing.

Usual high quality from Rukka, and with the 6 year warranty they deliver fantastic value.

Incredibly well made, and highly recommended.

Great trousers. Well made and 6 year warranty makes this a good purchase. So far ithey have kept me dry. Combined with Kalix 2 jacket this is great suit.
