Good quality, cooler for summer as some air gets through at speed. Have now tried them in rain and stayed dry. They feel VERY solid, secure and safe. True to size. They are difficult to get on/off but are getting a bit easier with time. I do wonder how the area where the gear change is will last

Well made boot with robust protection. Comfortable to wear. Only slight issue is that laces need to be well slackened to take boots off and on, so a bit more cumbersome than part lace part velcro.

Putting aside how cool these boots look, they are not just very comfortable but also very sturdy boots. I went up a size from my usual 9 to a 10 UK size and found the perfect fit. These can be worn comfortably around town, but come into their own as a waterproof PPE boot. Toe cap and ankle protection as well as D30 in all the right places. Like anything made by Merlin you get incredible value for money. Made to last!
