Givi PLOR8203MK One-Fit Monokey Pannier Holders - Moto Guzzi V85 TT

The fact that they don’t have to be a permanent fixture on the bike is a real bonus - it takes less than 30 seconds to pop them off and the pick up points left on the bike are very unobtrusive. On my Guzzi V85TT the instructions suggest that relocation of the indicators is necessary but with the Euro style LED indicators that not strictly true - apart from chopping the wiring the relocated position would have been down low either side of the rear reflector which would look horrible - offering them up showed that the LH indicator cleared and the RH one barely touched so I’ve left them in their original position with a bit of cushioning foam on the frame local to the RH indicator to prevent any chaffing. It’s a mystery why Givi didn’t design the frames to clear the indicators in the first place tho’ - a bend a matter of millimetres different and the clash would never have existed!
Other than that I encountered a problem with the screws provided bottoming out in the existing threaded holes in the bike’s frame, I think due to the powder coating of the frame straying into the holes and fouling the threads - a bit of judicious work sorted that.
Pity that they arrived scratched in a couple of places too so a bit of touch up paint was required - better packaging would have preventative that.
But not wishing to sound negative - overall I’m very pleased with them!

Nice strong frames , easy to take on & off . For V85tt owners 2023 onwards moving the indicators was not too bad , the cable cover under the back light area has 9 screws 7 you can see . If you lever the end nearest the engine down there are 2 screws pointing backwards. There is no access from the seat area. I did not put them back in .

Easy and straight forward instructions. Once brackets fitted its a triangle key to install or remove frames, although it does take a good push to compress the locking tabs. Didn't move indicators as 22 UK lights just miss frames. As usual, great service from Sportsbikeshop.
