Keis Constant Power Controller

Very convenient size easy to use and waterproof

Nothing to dislike, a well made functional piece of kit.

Had to buy a second controller to manage the new trousers, but surprised that you can t control trousers and waistcoat with just one controller, but worked lovely

Think this is a must if you own a keis jacket as the high setting(default with no controller) is great for initial warm up but then is a bit too intense but with this controller a more comfortable setting can be achieved

Came with jacket, but swapped with my old one (fitted great connections same) as my remote bar control is compatable, cant understand why these were discontinued

I have two of these, one for the jacket and one for trousers, definitely makes them more comfortable as you can control the heat setting to your own requirements

Slightly miffed these are a separate purchase from jacket and trousers. But such is life.
Functional, do the job regulating temp. And glove friendly.

The Keis Constant Power Controller is and excellent piece of kit that, in my opinion, is an essential part of a Keis heated jacket. The controller enables easy adjustment of the jackets temperature, from high to medium to low. The controller simply plugs into the two connections within the jacket pocket enabling you to switch on the jacket and scroll through the temperature settings, with each displayed by a different colour, so you can see at a glance which setting you have selected. The controller is waterproof so can be left hanging from the jacket when riding. When off the bike it can be tucked away in the jackets dedicated zipper pocket. The Keis jackets come with a small cable by-pass loop which is replaced by the controller. Without the controller the jacket would, when connected to the bikes power supply ramp up to the high setting, which, in my opinion, will prove far to hot for anything but the most extreme conditions. Big thank you to the Sportsbikeshop, Reading, for all the help they gave me.

So easy to use. Not cumbersome like other brands. Wires on sleeves of jacket perfect length to easily attach gloves.

You have to hold the on button slightly longer than you might think initially to switch it on , but works perfectly once you understand that

Great piece of kit which is large enough for you to operate with your gloves on. Flipping between modes is effortless.

It’s easy to use and essential for preserving your battery otherwise it’s on full power constantly. Just wish it was more accessible. It’s down below the chin line and hard to view with a full face crash helmet on…

Heater controller is neat and easy to use. You do need it and it is a separate purchase to the gilet or jacket and the battery. Once all items purchased it is expensive. The gilet at say around 140 seems reasonable but you add the battery and then the controller and you are in the region of 250. Should all come together as a pack.
