I recently took ownership of a motorcycle that came fitted with a set of Oxford heated grips of which one side was not working. I went to the new Southampton store to see the cost of a new pair when I was informed by the sales guy I could in fact just buy the one to replace the defective grip but he would have to order it. I was convinced that I would not get the right grip but within 24hrs the item was ready to collect from the store and low and behold it was the right grip ! Super impressed by the service at this store and the replacement grip works a treat !
