Bought this for more chilly days on the bike, tight fit but not uncomfortable, stops the wind, I haven't tried it in the rain yet. Good value for money

Reasonable price, nice material, however not recommended through winter period, the front and back overhang can be larger as one size fits all not working, if you have a thick neck or stubborn physique it's just not worth the effort. Not sure if oxford do a winter type of this…but despite my impression I can still recommend it for smaller riders.

Have tested it a few times so far, excellent product, nice a soft fabric, wind proof, keeps my neck warm. Would recommend and would buy it again.
