Very warm when turned on and had lots of insulation. Battery life could be a concern for very long trips in cold weather.

I bought this to replace an aging Gerbing jacket liner after the 3rd controller packed up and a general loss of heating across the jacket. The biggest problem with the Gerbing was when I was off the bike or it didn't work, it didn't provide any insulation so I thought the Keis puffer would be better in this respect and it is certainly is much warmer even when not switched on. I am a 40'' chest and the medium fits fine with some room to spare. The arm length is very good considering I am also tall. The jacket body length is ok and doesn't protrude below my Rukka Kalix jacket. It's quite puffy so if your jacket is tight fitting it may be a bit of a squeeze. Heat wise in sub 6 degree temps, the medium setting was nice and warm. Power wise, I've only used it for an hour or so and it used about half of the battery so I think its got a good two hours in it on medium. My only niggle is the battery pocket is a bit flimsy but works and you don't notice the battery when the jacket is on. All in all feels well made.
