Don't waste your time with the BT version as the app simply doesn't work. Try it yourself first, download the iControl app from Google and when you open it, it'll just crash and close instantly. Keis controllers are a rip off considering their cost and what they actually do.

Just get the manual controller

The Keis iController app doesn't work and hasn't for over a year. Keis seem to have no interest in fixing it either. Luckily it still works as a regular controller. Save some money and just get the ordinary none BT one instead.
Service from SBS was great as always though.

Not What I Expected !

I've just received the Bluetooth controller and it doesn't automatically remember or connect the Bluetooth on powerup !.
Once I connect power and press the ON button it all works great, but to be honest, having to open leathers, open my vest pouch and power the controller ON seems at odds with the whole concept.

It should automatically power up when connected to the bike so that I don't have to undress each time I get Off and On the bike. !

I'm now going back to the older "manual" controller and hanging out the bottom of my jacket.

Think this should come as standard with the vest . But anyhow handier than the standard controller as uses phone app to work the settings phone is Quadlock mounted so accessible. Easy set up plug n play and an on phone app for App Store and it's done. Reasonable price SBS service as always quick faultless and reliable 5 stars

Flawed for Android users

I bought this specifically for the blue tooth functionality. It will work as an ordinary controller though it is more expensive - so the bluetooth function is important. Unfortunately, if you have Android 14 the app will not run properly and you cannot connect to the controller. I think this is an Adroid 14 problem so I am hanging onto it in hopes of an app update or an Android update which fixes the issue. Fingers crossed! Otherwise Keis' usual high standard of kit.

I see some reviewers questioning the usefulness of a Bluetooth controller - all I can say to that is that they can never have had to stop and fumble about under layers of clothing to find the manual controller. Being able to adjust the heat setting from my phone on the handlebars or on the tank bag is the dog's b******** as far as I'm concerned

Setting up is simple in both manual and blue tooth mode. Fits snugly in the front pocket so no need for Mile's of dangling cables. Construction is very solid.
Bought this on line and as ever delivery was hitch free.

I got this for free with the jacket. These are good controllers but I have never used the bluetooth function and I can't ever see a use for it. I would say save yourself a couple of pounds and buy the regular controller.

As a manual control this works fine. Easy to operate and does the job. Not sure what advantage you get by having the blue tooth option, I used it once then just stuck to manual.

getting old and feeling the cold. A friend recommended these jackets and the controller came free.
However, it was due to be posted out to me but I needed it quickly - a phone call to the shop and the guys had 1 on stock and put it aside for me.
Excellent servicer and the reason my first stop is always sportsbikeshop.
Absolutely brilliant controller and worked a treat on a night ride in just 5degC very easy to connect and use.
