Sena 20S EVO HD Bluetooth Headset & Intercom - Single

I bought this headset from SBS I Bristol as an update to my previous one which was an interphone 3 which I had for over 15 years, whilst there was an improvement to the sound, it wasn t an overly noticeable difference, but haven t as yet used it to its full potential, the only issue I had was that when I opened it I found that there were no instructions and that a couple of the sticky fixings had been used, when I called customer service about it, I was informed that Bristol would get back to me which they never did,, overall the Sena 20s is ok, customer service not quite so.

Easy to fit and very clear sound. Have taken calls and the other person couldn’t tell I was on a bike. Great service from SBS

This is a great intercom and headset. I love that the main unit is easily detatchable so I can take it off and charge it without leaving the whole helmet by the charging point. The sound is very clear, even with my ear plugs in. Audio quality is good both when used as an intercom, and when making calls via my phone.

My only issue with it is that the voice recognition isn't great. It frequently doesn't hear or understand the voice commands which is a bit frustrating. Thankfully the button shortcuts are easy to use, even with winter gloves on, so its easy to start/stop/skip tracks on the go.

I've been using the Sena 20s for years for group riding. My group has 6 of us in it and they work well, although sometimes they can be a bit tricky to get everyone in the group but that's probably because we only meet up once a year and can remember how to use them!
When I'm riding with my best bud, so just the two of us or with my wife on the back they work really well and super easy to connect.
I've just bought another unit for my son who's just passed his test so he can join the group when we ride out on tour.
Great bit of kit

When I decided to go down the intercom route I bought a pair of at that time top of the range from the other major brand. I had a lot of issues and spent more time at the roadside trying to figure out why the music stopped or sat nav than riding. I then bought a Shoei Neotec with built in Sena. Works perfectly no issues linked to bike etc. So when I needed a second unit for my other helmet went for the 20s evo. I like the simple chunky buttons the easy to operate jog wheel and have had no pairing issues at all with my partner or riding buddy. No mesh on this model but Bluetooth works fine for us. Fitted to my Arai Tour X4 quickly and sound quality is excellent.

Never had a motorcycle comms system before but that has exceeded my expectations, very pleased with the purchase.

After struggling using ear pods for years this is a revelation. It was easy to fit and set up and works brilliantly.

Once set up I was delighted. The sound quality is excellent and I got no wind noise although I didn't go much over 60.

This device is great and I have bought several now for family bikers. The device is great the APP is not so great.

Bought these to replace my old one which gave up after 8 years of faultless service.
Already paired and easy to set up. It's comforting to know that if I change my helmet I can simply transfer this kit over.

Easy to fit, discrete and extremely easy to operate. Excellent sound quality and impressive functionality. Easy to link up with fellow riders and a very acceptable range. No more getting lost!!
