SENA 50R Bluetooth Headset & Intercom - Dual

The Sena 50R is a great head set. It is so easy to use and the sound quality is amazing. The headphones are comfy and easy to fit to the a helmet. The Intercom between bluetooth, mess and now Wave is super clear and easy to connect. Easy to fit, easy to set up.

Excellent bit of kit, enjoy listening to music while riding, and enjoyable to be able to talk with your mates while touring.

I upgraded from the 20S Evo and it's like upgrading from a Fita 500 to a Ferrari. The new speakers are so much louder and clearer but the best thing about this is the lack of the massive unit that sits below the helmet.

Great bit of kit, should have bought one ages ago! Really clear and simple to use, I've only used the Bluetooth connection with one other person which was amazing, even on a motorway. Planning to really put it to the test with a ride through France with a group of mates.

Was relatively easy to fit in my MT Storm modular helmet although it took a few attempts to get the positioning right. The spaces in my helmet for speakers were way off, so I've had to mount them against the wall of the helmet.
Once the positioning was sorted the sound quality was brilliant, the speakers are very loud (I've not had them at full volume yet).
Connecting to my friends Cardo headset was straight forward and after a couple of minutes playing around we were out on the bikes riding.

Firstly Thank you to SBS for price matching this product. I have been looking for a while for an intercom but didn't want to pay the earth for it.

The unit does everything you need an intercom to do, the install was easy enough, just need a few ride outs to try all the functions.

I haven't used this yet but have set it up and it's slick and functional. I added it to a xwed 3 instead of the integrated option as this model (with an adaptor cable) allows me to choose between headphones and speakers. (Could use the supplied speakers but some cardo jobs that had a jack connector. For road use you can use headphones and trail use just the speakers. Win win.

Fantastic bit of kit with full mesh connection or just Bluetooth. Great coms for chats, sat nav, music & phone. All can be activated by voice commands plus fully waterproof due to being hard wired. Only downside is you need to leave on helmet when charging the battery but battery life has always lasted well above 8 hours.

Took a little while to set up due to the sketchy instructions in the user manual. However, thanks to the very helpful and knowledgeable staff at sportsbikeshop Birmingham, all is good.

As expected, not tried the mesh side of things so can't comment on that.
