I needed a simple but good quality intercom for a new helmet, ever since they ve been out Cardo for me have been the best, the Spirit hd is easy to fit and went out this morning for ride, accompanied by the Brandenberg concerto on the fm radio, brilliant sonic reproduction on the hd speakers, both working as opposed to other makes. I wouldn t buy any other makes.

I bought this unit, primarily for listening to music and audio books whilst riding, rather than as a communication tool. The very helpful staff at Sportsbikeshop in Norwich fitted the unit for me and getting it set up as very simple. It's seems to work pretty well, with good sound quality up to about 60mph, although after that wind noise can become a bit intrusive. I use the unit with ear plugs, which works fine, although you have to turn the volume up fairly high to maintain the sound level. All in all, it's not perfect, but pretty good considering it's a model at the cheaper end of the Cardo range.

Been looking for awhile I must admit this is a lovely headset. It works really well. The same quality is a lot better than I thought it would be did not drop out at any point of time on any of the rides I have been on lately so good quality ease of use does exactly what it says on the box.

Got this so I can get clear instructions in my helmet from my Sat nav. I've not used the intercom yet but have made and received phone calls which are quite clear. The buttons are a bit fiddly when wearing gloves but manageable so over all very happy.

Longggg life battery, easy to install and the voice is as clear as a sunny day. It is actually better then my apple & samsung earpods. For music this device is out of the world. It is very loud so best to set the right volume before setting off. It can be controlled via an app which is very easy to navigate around and in BIG letters so when you are riding and want to make a call, it is very easy and simple without taking your eyes off the road for more then a second (although my advice is just listen to music and dont make calls whilst riding). Easy to answer incoming calls by just pressing a button on the Cardo device instead of looking at your mobile.. you get used to it once you install it and play around with it for a while.

Next day delivery and let’s be blunt- I’m an experienced biker who loves touring and just wanted an intercom that was simple, uncomplicated and let me hear my sat nav and talk occasionally to my rider mate. This sat nav was so simple and easy to set up. Manual was 40 pages less than the last one from different make and for me was impossible to work with and use. I’m now happy. I didn't want 'mesh' or anything else, nor to talk to groups- just no! One of the main reasons for change and buying this- it is waterproof!

The audio quality is as expected, it's not amazing but it's still high quality.
Installation was fairly straightforward, there was nothing too different about this installation compared to other intercom systems.
It has a long battery life, saving constant recharging.

This has gone back because it wouldn’t connect. It was difficult to get it to pair with my new bikes TFT and when it did the microphone would not work. I could hear music and map announcements but I am not sure if the intercom even worked art all.
