Easy to fit and easy to use - shame about the char

Very easy to fit and use. Quite inconspicuous. I wasn’t sure about sticking the controls to the outside of the helmet however, it works fine and works better than some of the more integrated helmet controls I have used in non Arai helmets.
Thankfully it doesn’t have a FM radio function, why in 2025 would you need that?
The only downside I have come across is that it uses the old micro USB to charge it and because the port is covered by a rubber protector, it is difficult to get the cable plugged in.
A very good price if buying a helmet it fits into, seeing some other brands of helmet are charging the price of a reasonable new helmet for just their comms system.
I would buy it again, but would look at more modem charging system options too.

Excellent fit and better than expected sound quali

Reasonably straightforward experience installing in my Quantic helmet. Extremely discreet once fitted.
Contrary to the many online reviews stating that the speakers lack volume, this was absolutely not my experience. Connected via Bluetooth to my Samsung phone, I was able to set the volume to uncomfortably high levels - far above what most people with reasonable hearing would consider adequate.
Likewise, sound quality was much better than expected. You aren't getting an audiophile experience by any means, and the speakers clearly have their limitations, but music remains an enjoyable (if not life-changing) experience and voice/talk radio is fantastic.
My single biggest complaint about this intercom is that it still features a Micro-USB charging port. It's a shame that in 2025 we're still receiving products with a functionally obsolete charging interface. I understand the costs involved in design revision however, and I'm sure the Micro-USB port will last as long as the rest of the intercom does, so it's not a deal breaker.
Very happy overall with the purchase, and fantastic service from SportsBikeShop as always.

The ACS10 system was easy to fit and the control was flush and looked good.
However the sound is unbalanced and the app is poor, I uninstalled the app and used bluetooth direct but still had to faf about with ballance and volume settings, this helped slightly but the volume was still very low.

Integrated fully into my Quantic and very easy fit. Features are great and all controlled through the app which makes setup so much easier.
Well recommended if you have a Quantic as it isn't as bulky as 'standard' intercoms.

Better than expected

I read the reviews which were mixed, but decided to go ahead and purchase this headset because my friend has a similar Sena headset for his Shoei. This headset was not particularly difficult to install and has exceeded .my expectations in it's performance. I also have an Interphone Tour and a Cardo Paktalk and this Sena is comparable in quality. I have only used it connected to my friend's Sena, but in that context it is excellent in sound quality and battery life. As always a great service from Sports Bike Shop.

Never used a headset before and following research on the net, I opted for the ASC10 because of its dedicated fit for my Arai Quantic. Watched an installation video from Sena on YouTube and it was a doddle to fit. Once I'd installed the Sena App on my phone, updating the firmware was a pain ( but I got there eventually ) It hooks up to my phone seamlessly, the controls are simple and easy to use, sound quality and volume is fine. I don't have the best hearing and I ride wearing plugs, but gps instructions are quite audible.
Very happy with my choice, and as ever, the pricing, availability and delivery from Sportsbikeshop were spot on - thanks guys.

Great fit into the quantic.
Trying to update the firmware on the app or website is ridiculous. Whether the website was own or the app not functioning properly??
Unable to adjust the sound settings or radio due to latest software not loaded.
The Cardo system gets louder automatically over 40 mph. Not the Sena.

Disappointed with sound levels

I've had this for a couple of weeks now and disappointed everytime I use it.
The volume when you turn the device on is loud, however when listening to music it is shockingly low even when turned up full on my phone and device.
I can not hear any music when going about 20 miles per hour on a BMW GS with a standard exhaust.
Very disappointed as it is unusable.

Excellent custom fit intercom.
Putting the intercom into helmet was pretty smooth - only one bit that needed a few looks at the instructions. Very neat installation - compact and no bits that stick out. Configuration using phone app was useful. Sound quality excellent and connection to pillion Sena intercom was far more reliable than other units I have tried.
