Freezing fingers are one of motorcycling’s biggest downsides. These gloves will give you a chance of protecting those digits from the cold
Customers praise these gloves for their warmth, comfort, and effective protection, often noting their superior fit and practical features, like the adjustable cuff and visor wipe. They highlight their ability to keep hands warm in cold conditions and commend the gloves for not requiring a break-in period. Some customers experienced sizing discrepancies, noting they had to size up. Generally, these gloves are recommended for their quality and performance, even though a few had initial issues with waterproofing and specific sizing challenges.
I ride all year as pillion, suffer with Arthritus, got the gloves because my old pair had seen better days, well priced and kept the pain at bay, fell lucky, maybe they should be marketed as arthritus busters. Very comfy, snug and warm, just what doctor ordered.
Gloves are very good but not used them yet.
Warm and waterproof. I always get cold hands. Used these in 7° and rainy weather and hands were warm and dry.
Definitely recommend
I've had a pair of these gloves for about 6 years, at times used all year round commuting and I've just purchased a fresh pair due to eventual wear and tear showing on the index fingers, and over time they've lost their waterproofing. In heavy rain I wear thin plastic gloves inside (the kind you get at the petrol station), this works perfectly if the inner fabric becomes damp and you're struggling to get your hands in as has been mentioned in a few reviews. Index finger wiper works great and long cuffs extend over all my jackets. The gloves have comfortable feel and I often wear them all year round, not just winter.
Womens winter waterproof gloves are hard to find, and these have a visor wipe too! Feel really comfy and are not too bulky. True to size ( I used the size guide in the gloves description) although when I tried them on the right glove was far too narrow in the fingers. Sportsbikeshop quickly swapped them out after personally checking the replacement pair. The replacement pair fit perfectly. Not ridden in the rain yet so can't comment on waterproofing.
I have a pair of Dare gloves and a pair of Alpinestars but needed something with a thermal lining as the tips of my fingers get so cold. These are a good fit, warm and cosy and the thermal lining stays inside the fingers (unlike my Dare ones). First few times I really had to pull them on but better that than them being too loose. These are my first pair of proper winter gloves so I've nothing to compare them too but I am a fan of these.
Really warm and a great fit. So far they have been waterproof although I haven't ridden in a downpour so can't really comment how dry they would keep my hands. Adjustable cuff ensures you can keep the wind/rain out and the visor wipe is a useful addition.
Took my bike for an MOT in the rain and the glove was wet inside. Couldn't put my hand back in as inner had tucked up. Spent £30 for summer gloves at shop to get me home. Great customer service from Sportsbikeshop. Gonna try another pair.
I really struggled to find women's waterproof gloves with decent protection, but these are perfect. They have great protection, and they actually are waterproof, and not just 'resistant'. Really comfy to wear, and easy to move your hands in (though you do need to loosen them by wearing them for a bit). I'm really glad I bought them.
I was mainly worried about bulky/winter gloves making it harder to operate the bike, but they are absolutely fine. I measured my hand for the appropriate size and the fit is great. My hands get cold extremely easily and I've really suffered in my "summer" gloves, but these are great. I particularly like the long adjustable cuff area as you can pull this over jacket sleeves and fasten it nice and snug to keep the wind out.
I bought this pair of gloves because of all the protection; knuckles, side...
It does not feel stiff as can be the case sometimes with gloves with loads of shield and "plasticky" bits and I can move my fingers easily. They keep the wind out and I stay warm although for freezing temperatures I bought additional inner heated gloves.
I struggled to find winter gloves which are warm enough and have enough knuckle/palm protection. These are both. I don't ride enough in the cold months to justify heated gloves or grips, but when I do venture out I like to be warm. These are toasty. Sizing is a bit smaller than usual. I'm a medium in Alpinestars gloves but a large in these.
Struggled to find a small to fit but these are cosy and comfortable. Haven't worn them in the wet yet but in very cold blustery conditions kept hands very warm and protection seems great.
Perfect fit for my small hands. Very comfortable. They seem like great quality with loads of protection. Thanks!
Bought as a gift and not used yet but the quality is obvious.
Seem true to size.
I am really pleased with these gloves so far, having worn them only in the dry. They were really warm and comfortable first time on. Not having to be "broken in" as some need to be. I can't comment on their performance in the rain yet, although other reviewers give excellent results. They are lovely quality and well-made.
I found them a very small fit - I had to try three sizes on - M, L & XL before finding I need XL, much to my surprise!! SBS were very helpful as usual in promptly exchanging gloves for me. I usually get men's gloves and need a S, or M in Alpinestars, so it shows how much smaller the ladies' sizing is.
Anyway, am well chuffed with them!
