After using it for directions for 4 rallies in 3 months, it stopped working. I emailed Cardo help, they only told me to do things I couldn't because it wouldn't switch on. I then tried their UK distribution centre which is only 3 miles from me. they said they couldn't help.
I spoke with Cardo help again, they said send it back to us & sent me an address in Hungary to post it to. I decided best plan was to send it back to SBS where I bought it & let them handle it. SBS sent it off to Hungary. I was without for 6 weeks before Cardo authorised SBS to replace the unit.
