Shark Pinlock Insert - S600 / 700 / 800 / 900 / Openline / Ridill 1.2

Pinlock fits perfectly in my mrs shark helmet, can't complain about it steaming up now lol, great fast service from SBS as always.

Does an excellent job, riding without a pinlock in cold weather was horrible, insert sorted that out. Quick service from sportsbikeshop as is normal.

The insert is not noticeable at all; however, it does its job efficiently and smoothly

This is my second pinlock and I really don't know how I ever managed without one before. These are easy to fit and make a world of difference. As always the quality is amazing. Also amazing service from sportsbikeshop which is why I only ever buy my stuff from here.

Pinlocks are great but don't buy this for Shark Ridill 2, it's only for Ridill 1. Don't be confused by it saying 1.2 and thinking it means 1 and 2.

Does what is says on the packet !! Pinlocks must be one of the best inventions ever as they keep the visor clear whatever the weather conditions without restricting view through it

Great value with built in sun visor. I paid extra for the insert pin they make a world of difference.

I have to remind myself why didn't I go to sportsbikeshop Boston in the first place .fit perfectly. Clipped on straight away. Flush with the visor.

Unsure which I need for my helmet so emailed Sportsbike shop who emailed straight back with correct item. Insert arrived next day and was fitted easily in minutes. Excellent shop, excellent price and excellent support

I struggle with getting the right helmet, especially as I wear glasses. The Shark Ridill 1.2 is perfect - its comfortable and is the perfect shape for my head. It is easy to slide my glasses on and off, and the chin strap is easy to do up and release. Love the blue colour as it matches my bike too! Best helmet I've had, and it's reasonably priced too.

First time using a pinlock as previous helmet didn't have the attachment for it so brought one when swapped out for a shark.

Simple to fit, had some slight issue with fogging with new helmet but fixed it instantly

The helmet fits well, doesn't rub in any places like previous lids have, I bought an anti fog screen for the visor which was no trouble to attach. It isn't heavy or bulky. The helmet looks great, I was able to attach wireless comms to it easily. The shaded visor is a great addition, though I can't use it as I wear glasses and it won't sit down over them comfortably. Overall its a solid lid I'm very happy with it, I bought my mum the same one in a different colour and shes impressed with it.

I've always used a pinlock insert, but this is the first Shark helmet I've bought that doesn't include one.
This particular one was really hard to find, but Sporstbike shop managed to get me one and, as usual, the insert was simple to fit.
I was pleased to find the price was low, compared to some previous Shark inserts, but the quality seems just as good.
Vision as clear as I expected and so is the performance. No misting at all. As it should be!

Easy to fit and makes riding in the cold and wet so much safer.
