Richa Rain Warrior Trousers - Black
Customer Product Reviews
Still got a damp crotch
I was really pleased with these trousers. But was in heaven rain yesterday for about 20 mins and was disappointed to feel the wetness creep through. Will have to remember to put on rain proof over trousers, exactly what I was hoping to avoid.
Go a size smaller. Unless you got big boots!
Cheap, waterproof, fairly large. Good fastenings for adjustment however a little large. I have a 32inch waist and went for a medium which are baggy however if you have some chunky boots etc on would probably be fine.
Works a treat
Sized to fit over bulky armoured riding gear so buy the size that you would normally. Much more practical than waterproof overalls. Tend to use these when conditions are really, really bad and they do the job. I am looking to team them up with some waterproof "overgloves". They do not take a great deal of space. They are water and vapour proof so in warmer climates you will get a little condensation on the inside but still a 5* quality and value product.
Just in case
I brought a pair of these in size Large 34". My waist size is 35" and these slightly oversized trousers go over my jeans easily and fit comfortably. I have no doubt that they would keep you completely dry even in bad weather.I love the wide access and Velcro at the bottom allowing them to easily be pulled over my boots. Absolute bargain from a good named brand.
Dry sack and crack
I'm so happy with these trousers. They keep you dry. as we all know the first to get wet is the nuts and bolts and then the rear. Butt with these you can relax and get to where your going, and not look like you wet yourself when you arrive. I was so pleased with them I got another pair.
Easy to wear and put on in a hurry. Kept me dry, the only problem and it seems most manufacturers seem to do this, you put them on and they fit okay. You sit on a bike and no matter how long the leg is, and I got the longest I could the hem sits at the top of your boot or above, come on add another 6 -9 inches.
Do their job well
Have worn these in some lovely typical scottish weather. Have kept me dry no problem. They are quite a thick trousers, so dont pack down the smallest - cant fit them under my seat on the MT09. My only gripe would be the length, could do with being slightly longer, as I've found when on the bike they've ridden up, leaving the bottom inch or 2 of my jeans exposed to the elements. Other than that, they've been spot on!
