By the time a Shoei helmet leaves the factory in Ibaraki, Japan, it will have gone through at least 50 pairs of hands during its creation. Shoei prides itself on making helmets by hand, and that's one of the reasons why the brand is so highly regarded by motorcyclists all over the world. Shoei made its first motorcycle helmet back in 1960 and has been responsible for a host of world-firsts as it's become one of the world's foremost helmet manufacturers. It created its first helmet with a carbon-fibre shell as long ago as 1976 and can claim to be the first company to develop chin skirting, integrated visor mountings and controllable air intakes to keep riders cool. Bought this for my daughter good fit as shoei has different size pads to retro fit the lid the sales assistant fitted it for me and the pads were fitted in store and checked, I was unaware of this so hats off to the store!

It s a Shoei what more do you need to know! It s so comfy, quiet for a flip front and so easy to wear glasses with.
Really sturdy mechanism and the visor stays where you want it.
Sunvisor is a great depth and does a good job.
I love the micrometic fastening, first time I ve had one and much prefer it over the old style one.
Again fantastic service from SBS, can t fault them for price and availability.
Matches my bike perfectly, buy one you won t be disappointed!
I m lucky I only live 10 minutes away or am I!

I've always had a Sena system and this new sena, fits perfectly with my GT Air 3. Great-sounding, clear easy to use and fits into the curves of the helmet not sticking out like a barnacle.

I didn’t really want to spend £650 plus on a helmet but with discount on this lid it was over £150off.
It definitely fitted my shape head better and it could take a comms set up also.
