Shoei Helmets

I brought the reactor light one and it really does work. Its not as dark in full sun as my old one which was a blue mirrored one but good for evening rides this time of year.
I wish I d brought this before waisting my money on one from another company!

Easy if a little fiddly to put in. Helmet pads don't last for ever even with careful maintenance.

Easy if a little fiddly to fit but they have revitalised my helmet. The hamster cheeks are back!

For me, this helmet is comfortable, light, well-ventilated and quieter than I expected, with a good field of view through the visor, which I can crack open slightly, or to any of the clearly defined steps, as required. To my surprise, I quickly adjusted to the central visor tab and can easily press the catch and open it with just my forefinger. The strap fastens with a double D ring, which I prefer. It is proving to be not only a fine replacement, but even an improvement on my beloved Shoei Ryd which I used beyond its recommended life span.

Fabulous helmet, extremely comfortable, unbelievably quiet, looks and is a ‘A’ star in every respect. Coupled with exceptional fitting service from Sportsbikeshop @ Milton Keynes. A winning combination……..
