Decent, but thinner than expected

It has windproof panels on the chest and arms. Its quite thin and is not fleeced so you will need to layer up.
the RST thermal windblock top is thicker and fleeced, but more difficult to put on.

Warm and comfortable

With this top and a base layer it has already kept me warm at -2 (around 40mile trip) which means you don't have to dress up like the Michelin man to keep warm. Good value for the money.
