Fits really well

Well made product that fits really well to the XSR900. It was a little nerve-racking drilling 4 x 18mm holes in the small side panels, but the template they provided ensured good alignment. I used an 18mm hole saw with a 3mm pilot hole. This provides a good grab rail for wheeling the bike around the garage, I had already dropped mine once as there is nothing to hold on to as standard other than the seat strap.

Dual purpose arms

Not only did these arm support a top box but they also gave the added advantage of being able to use them as a "grab" rail, which was lacking on the XSR 900. As usual great quality from Givi with easy to follow instructions and with Sportsbikeshops excellent service, what's not to like.

The Monokey series is Givi's top of the range locking system which typically has a more substantial mount with more features and higher quality construction. Monolock cases are generally lighter cases with a smaller mount; they are of more lightweight construction, which makes them ideal for scooter and smaller motorcycle applications. Monolock and Monokey cases attach differently to their top plates, Monokey cases are interchangeable and can be used as a top case and/or side case. Monolock cases are designed to be used as top cases only; they cannot be used as side cases due to their more lightweight construction and mount.

Hello, Im looking to purchase this product for the XSR900 and noticed the fitting instruction has mt09 only. Is this a direct bolt onto my XSR900 like the MT09?
