These two brackets fit onto your bike and then allow you to fit the top box plate on. They bolt on easily and stay on allowing you to fit the top monokey block plate which is quick release for your top box. The picture in the cataloge actually shows both the monokey top fitting plate on top of the brackets. You have to buy the monokey top fitting plate separately. The brackets are well made black coated steel, so they won't rust. They come with four bolts which replace the ones on your bike and some spacers to make the brackets level.

Needed to fit the monokey plate.

They are easy to fit, and the M7 plate fits ok, got the M7 as it seems to have a higher rating over the aluminium plates and to be fair it looks ok.
I knew this, but these do not include the plate. The photo does not show what you will actually reveive, as the plate obscures the brackets.
The brackets are black, the bolts are black and the washers are silver, which is a bit daft, went over them with a marker pen.

Easy to fit and looks good. My V47 top case locks very on very tightly and is a very secure fit. There is no flexing and moving like there is with the plastic mounting plates.

Quality item. Comes with fittings for Givi monkey boxes already fitted. Requires a separate mounting kit for your bike.
Only downside of this type of rack is the low max payload, given the empty weight of some larger boxes.

I bought a top box, mounting rack and top plate for my Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro. The purchases were made after some very useful advice from a member of sportsbikeshop staff on the phone. All three items are of very good quality and fit to the bike was straightforward. This purchase saved me a significant amount of money over buying and fitting the identical (but with a Triumph
badge) top box direct from the Triumph accessories catalogue. The Givi base plate and mounting rack are different, but equally good and much cheaper.
